Royal Blue Tulle

I used the royal blue (which was the perfect color and
very close to the internet picture) to add some body under a
twilight blue silk dupioni tea dress. It is the softest tulle I
have ever used!! Personally I don't like tulle that is rough and
scratchy to wear anyway. [...] I surely will be ordering from this
website very soon and often!
