Q: I live outside the United States and am not able to register a User ID on your site. Am I doing something incorrectly?
A: We operate on the Yahoo E-Commerce system, which currently does not allow for addresses outside the United States to be used for registration purposes. However, registering only provides ease of use features like automatic address completion in the checkout area. We are able to accept orders from any country in the world: you do not need to register on our site to place an international order. Simply fill out your address on the checkout page, select your country from the dropdown list, and choose your desired international shipping option.
Q: How long does it take for orders to ship?
A: 98% of orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. (excluding weekends and holidays)
Q: Please help me understand your international shipping options.
A: We offer US Postal Service shipping options for international orders.
Orders consisting of color cards only will be sent via USPS First Class, and the shipping method selected should be "USPS International - Color Cards Only".
Q: Can I submit photos of garments or items I've created using your fabrics?
