nice hand and drape

Used the habotai as the lining for a chiffon dress. Loved
the soft drape and shimmer under the chiffon. Also loved the fact
that the dress is hand washable. No dry cleaning!Pros:

Mixed emotions

Was able to cut around marks, however, one yard of this
fabric had black, greasy marks on it. Should I send that yard back
for refund? Thank-you, JEN
