Broadcloth is an exceptionally soft, especially sturdy material in a premium blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Our cotton broadcoth blend fabric pleats easily and is machine washable. Historically, broadcloth fabric was made in several parts of England during the end of the medieval period and was traditionally made from wool.

Broadcloth is ideal for making shirts, dresses, jackets, skirts, blouses, smocks, and aprons. It is also used in home decor such as lampshades, bed linens, and draperies.

CARE: Machine wash in warm or cool water and air dry.
