Description
Whipcord is an extremely strong and rugged material, made from twisted yarns and featuring a smooth finish and the distinctive diagonal ribbing of twill weave fabric. Similar to gabardine and serge, but heavier with more pronounced ribs, whipcord is generally used for durable outdoor work clothes or uniforms, is wrinkle-resistant and withstands repeated washings.
