YOUR ORDER SHIPS FAST
We will have your fabric in the hands of the delivery company as fast as possible, usually within 3-7 days of your order. In the event that we are out of stock of an item you will be promptly notified via email. Please note that expedited shipping options dictate the time in transit, not the time from ordering to delivery. As a manufacturer's representative, it occasionally takes us several days to receive fabrics for shipment if the items are not in stock. Shipping rates below.
RETURN POLICY
You are our valued customer and we take customer service very seriously. All items come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you on the return of that merchandise. We will not accept returns on cut, used or altered fabrics. NOTE: THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR RETURNED ITEMS. WE WILL DEDUCT 20% FROM YOUR ORDER CREDIT.
Upon receipt of your return it takes up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Domestic shipping of color cards (Ground - Color Cards Only) will be shipped via US Postal Service.
Other domestic shipping methods including UPS Next Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select will be charged based on actual weight of goods shipped.
International shipping will be charged based on actual weight of goods shipped. We use UPS Worldwide and USPS Priority International for international shipping of yardage orders. For international color card orders, please select "USPS International - Swatches Only" as the shipping option and we will send your swatches via USPS First Class.

Q: How are you able to offer such a wide variety of fabrics in so many colors?
A: We serve as a manufacturer's representative for many of the fabric suppliers in the Garment District of New York City. As such, we have access to an enormous amount of high-quality, premium fabrics, colors, pattern and styles which we can then offer to customers all over the world at excellent prices.
Q: I live outside the United States and am not able to register a User ID on your site. Am I doing something incorrectly?
A: We operate on the Yahoo E-Commerce system, which currently does not allow for addresses outside the United States to be used for registration purposes. However, registering only provides ease of use features like automatic address completion in the checkout area. We are able to accept orders from any country in the world: you do not need to register on our site to place an international order. Simply fill out your address on the checkout page, select your country from the dropdown list, and choose your desired international shipping option.
Q: Why do orders sometimes take 3-7 days to ship from your facility?
A: As a manufacturer's representative, we sometimes do not have every fabric on hand and in stock. It can take several days to have the ordered items delivered to our shipping facility, depending on availability. We do our best to ship every order as fast as possible, as we recognize the importance of our customers' timelines and schedules.
Q: Please help me understand your various international shipping options.
A: We offer both UPS/FedEx and US Postal Service shipping options for international orders.
Orders consisting of color cards only will be sent via USPS First Class, and the shipping method selected should be "USPS International - Color Cards Only".
For small yardage orders, typically 5 yards or less of most fabrics, we can offer USPS Priority flat-rate service. This method does not include tracking information, but is typically much less expensive than UPS/FedEx.
For all yardage orders we offer three tiers of UPS/FedEx International shipping: Express and Expedited are the fastest, and Saver is the most economical. Packages shipped with these methods include tracking information and generally arrive faster than USPS Priority packages.
Q: Can I submit photos of garments or items I've created using your fabrics?
