Our Online Return Policy
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a store credit unless it has been cut, damaged, altered or otherwise noted.
Cut or altered goods will not be accepted for a return.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
A store credit will be issued via email voucher within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
Swatches are non-refundable
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by calling 1.212.391.1001 or email customercare@nyfashioncenter.com.
