Uneven and varied fibers create a distinctive stubbled texture with a slight sheen, allowing this medium weight fabric to give off a reflective shimmer in the light. Dupioni is crisp to the touch, doesn't wrinkle badly or hold a crease well, and it is reversible and relatively easy to sew. This fabric is beautiful - the weight, texture, sheen, and color are exactly what we wanted. Very vintage! We were trying to match a bridesmaid dress we saw where we liked the fabric but not the style. I ordered about 20 swatches and finally found the color. It's perfect! Andre was extremely helpful and the service and delivery were great. I'm making two bridesmaid dresses and I think they're going to be spectacular. Thank you!
