Hammered silk satin

I would have appreciated the momme weight for the fabric rather than just the adjective "heavy", and a more thoughtful packaging. It arrived jammed anyhow into a mailing envelope, and required steaming and long hanging out to release the wrinkles - not quite what I expected. The fabric itself is lovely, but should not have been treated that way.I would recommend this item to a friend.

I purchased this fabric for a client, after finding it
elsewhere, but out of stock. Given that my client had her mind set
that this was the fabric she loved for a mother of the bride gown,
I was so thrilled to find it here. The fabric is gorgeous, although
when it arrived (rolled a little too tightly on a tube), the
texture had been flattened considerably. I simply dipped the fabric
in tepid water, and then hung it(carefully) to dry, and all that
beautiful texture was revived! Just a most beautiful platinum color
and texture.Pros:
