Silk Stretch Georgette in gunmetal gray is a slightly sheer, lightweight fabric most often used in eveningwear, lingerie, bridal/wedding, sportswear, and home decor. This fabric is like a slightly thicker, more opaque version of chiffon - it is much less sheer but is much more durable and possesses a beautiful flowing drape.The Spandex in the fabric makes for fitted evening wear possible. Georgette is ideal for special occasion tops, blouses, dresses/gowns, and skirts and has a stunning effect when cut on the bias. This is also a perfect warm-weather fabric, as the silk fibers have a natural absorbency. This fabric is available in a variety of colors.
