Evening Wear Fabric Information

After the often-asked “Who are you wearing?”, perhaps the next most popular question is “What are you wearing?”. A unique pattern or design is squandered if not translated to an appropriately high-end garment. Evening wear fabrics are typically made of natural fibers, such as silk or cotton, that respond to and enhance a silhouette while providing the ultimate in comfort to the wearer. A high-end textile should not only look expensive, it should feel expensive. The caveat, however, is that it doesn't have to be expensive. The following are a list of some of the more popular and extensively used fabrics in gowns, dresses and formal shirts:
Silk Charmeuse
Silk Crepe Back Satin
Silk Georgette with Sequins
Silk 4-ply woven crepe
